I cold call as as service and needed a system!
I cold call as as service and needed a cleaner way to present my projects and track onboarding for clients
I initially tried to do it as best as I could through email etc. but it didn't work
We used Notion + Zapier to connect my dials to Notion and built a proper onboarding / project management domain for me and my clients + for a way for me to track my ICPs - especially bc we pivot so often
