노션과 n8n 양쪽 공식 앰버서더입니다. 기록 쪽과 자동화 쪽을 처음부터 같이 설계합니다. 노션에 기록이 쌓여도 일이 줄지는 않습니다. ERP와 POS, 이커머스, 메신저, 메일, 사내 DB를 노션에 이어야 그때부터 줄어듭니다. 수백 개 매장을 운영하는 상장 소비재 기업에서는 직원이 출근하기 전에 전 매장 매출이 노션에 들어와 있습니다. 평소와 다른 수치가 잡히면 알림이 먼저 가고, 매장에서 올라온 요청은 담당 매니저에게 자동으로 배정됩니다. n8n은 대부분 고객사 서버에 올려 돌립니다. 계약이 끝나도 자동화는 회사에 남습니다. We hold official Ambassador status for both Notion and n8n, so the record side and the automation side are designed together from the start. Records piling up in Notion do not reduce anyone's workload. They start paying off once ERP, POS, e-commerce, messaging apps, email and internal databases are wired into it. At a listed consumer goods company running hundreds of stores, every store's sales are in Notion before staff arrive. Figures outside the normal range trigger an alert, and requests coming up from stores route themselves to the right manager. n8n usually runs on the client's own server, so when the contract ends the automations stay with the company.

AI를 붙일 방법도 없습니다. 먼저 기존 시스템에서 데이터를 빼내 정리합니다. 여러 표에 나뉘어 있던 정보를 관계형 구조로 다시 설계합니다. 단계 추적이나 계산, 리포트처럼 실제로 쓰이던 기능은 노션에서 다시 만듭니다. 옮기는 동안에는 두 시스템을 같이 돌립니다. 팀이 옛것을 더 이상 열지 않을 때까지 그렇게 둡니다. 헤드헌팅 서치펌은 상용 ERP를 떠났고, 공인중개사 사무소는 수십 년 쓴 중개 프로그램을 떠났습니다. Companies leaving a commercial ERP tend to say the same things. It costs too much. The screens get in the way, and the parts they want changed are off limits. There is no way to put AI on top of it. The old data comes out first and gets cleaned. Information split across separate tables is redesigned as one relational structure. Anything the team actually used gets rebuilt natively in Notion, from stage tracking to calculations and reporting. Both systems run in parallel through the move. We leave it that way until the team stops opening the old one. A headhunting search firm left a commercial ERP. A real estate brokerage left a program it had run for decades.

팀 교육과 내재화 / Training and handover

구축이 끝난 뒤 팀이 스스로 굴리지 못하면 그 시스템은 몇 달 안에 방치됩니다. 그래서 교육은 모든 프로젝트에 납품 항목으로 들어갑니다. 경영진이 봐야 할 화면, 관리자가 넣어야 할 값, 실무자가 30초 안에 끝내야 할 동작은 전부 다릅니다. 세션을 역할별로 나누고, 교재는 고객사의 실제 워크스페이스로 만듭니다. 도입 기간에는 월 단위 세션을 열고 신규 입사자용 녹화 자료를 남깁니다. 관리 권한을 넘기는 내부 관리자 과정도 함께 운영합니다. 노션 코리아와 HR 담당자 대상 공동 세미나를 열었습니다. 온보딩을 노션 에이전트로 자동화하는 핸즈온이었습니다. If the team cannot run the system themselves once the build is done, it gets abandoned within months. Training ships with every project for that reason. What an executive looks at, what an administrator enters, and what a day-to-day user finishes in thirty seconds are all different. Sessions are split by role, and course material comes from the client's own workspace. Through the rollout we hold monthly sessions and leave recordings for new hires. An internal administrator track hands admin rights over to your team. We have co-hosted a hands-on seminar with Notion Korea for HR teams, automating onboarding with Notion agents.

FDE 현장 상주 구축 / Forward deployed engineering

FDE(Forward Deployed Engineer) 방식으로 일합니다. 회의실에서 요구사항만 받아 나오지 않습니다. 업무가 벌어지는 자리에 앉아 만들고, 불편하다는 말이 나오면 그 자리에서 고칩니다. 프로젝트 기간에는 고객사 팀원처럼 일합니다. 구조 설계와 노션·n8n 구축은 물론이고 부서별 온보딩과 변화 관리, 문서화까지 맡습니다. 부서마다 담당자를 정해 함께 만듭니다. 만들어주면 안 쓰는 일이 여기서 갈립니다. 상주하는 목적은 의존이 아닙니다. 후반부에는 내부 담당자가 혼자 운영할 수 있게 넘깁니다. 떠난 뒤에도 관계가 이어져, 장기 고객사 대부분이 월 단위 계약으로 옮겨옵니다. We work as forward deployed engineers. Instead of taking requirements out of a meeting room, we sit where the work happens, build there, and fix things on the spot. For the length of the project we work as part of your team: structural design, the Notion and n8n build, department onboarding, change management and documentation. Each department names someone who builds it with us, which is where "nobody uses what was handed to them" is decided. Being on site is not about making you dependent. Toward the end we hand operations to someone inside who can run it alone, and most long-term clients continue on a monthly arrangement after we leave.
