Notion Operating System (incl. Migration)
We build customized Notion Operating Systems that connect processes, tools, and teams in one central platform. This includes migrating existing systems (e.g. Asana, Confluence, Google Drive) and developing a tailored setup for project management, client collaboration, documentation, and reporting. The goal is a scalable structure that grows with the company and creates full operational transparency.
Notion Training
We support teams in adopting Notion and integrating new workflows into their daily routines. Through hands-on training, clear documentation, and ongoing support, we ensure that processes are not only defined but successfully implemented across the organization. Bis vor etwa zwei Jahren hatten wir zig Tools und vรถlliges Chaos, keine klaren Prozesse, alles hat viel zu lange gebraucht oder ist ganz liegengeblieben.
Dann kam Yvi: sie hat ein Verstรคndnis fรผr unser Unternehmen (Marketing-Agentur) entwickelt, wir haben gemeinsam unsere gesamten Ablรคufe aufgezeichnet, Probleme identifiziert und Step by Step alles in einem individuellen, von ihr angefertigten Notion Space abgebildet.
Unserem Team ist so zum ersten Mal รผberhaupt klargeworden, wie ineffizient wir bisher gearbeitet haben. Dadurch konnten wir Kapazitรคten frei machen, die uns monatlich sicher 1-2 Mitarbeiter*Innen sparen, ganz zu schweigen von den verlorenen Kunden, die wir sonst noch durch zu schlechte Ablรคufe verprellt hรคtten.
Wir arbeiten bis heute kontinuierlich weiter, haben regelmรครige Calls, in den wir bestehendes finetunen und neue Sachen angehen. Ich bin echt dankbar und kann die Zusammenarbeit nur jedem empfehlen, der das Gefรผhl hat, das eigenen Unternehmen lรคuft noch nicht so, wie es soll!T
